Within Finland

We offer Posti parcel locker, Posti service point, Posti home delivery, Matkahuolto pickup point, Matkahuolto parcel locker and local pickup where practical. Small low-value items may travel as tracked letters.

Across the European Union

EU orders are sent by tracked economy, tracked standard, express or insured services depending on value and fragility. Insurance and signature are required for higher-value objects and for precious metals and jewellery.

Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom

These destinations receive tracked international services with customs clearance. Import VAT and duties are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.

United States

Delivery to the United States is subject to current carrier availability, customs processing and product restrictions. Where no valid carrier service is configured, the option is shown as temporarily unavailable rather than accepted at checkout.

Other international destinations

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and other non-EU countries are enabled per object once carrier, insurance and import requirements have been verified.

Objects that require a manual quote

Oversized, unusually fragile, high-value or specialist objects are quoted individually. We may recommend an art transporter or specialist courier. In some cases local pickup in Finland is the only option, and this is clearly stated on the product page.

Packaging

Fragile objects leave in protective packaging built by hand. We prefer materials that can be reused. Insurance and signature are applied where the value warrants it.

Worldwide delivery is available to supported destinations, subject to carrier availability, customs rules and product-specific restrictions.
