- Are the objects genuine?
- We describe every object honestly. Where we are certain of a maker or period we say so. Where we are not, we use plain attribution language such as attributed to, believed to be, maker unknown or period estimated. We do not call an object authenticated unless a knowledgeable eye has confirmed it.
- Are the prices in euros?
- Yes. EUR is the base currency. Estimated conversions may be shown for reference, but the final currency and amount are always shown at checkout.
- Can I buy an object that is marked reserved or sold?
- Reserved objects are held for another customer while their payment completes. Sold objects have found their next room and remain online only as a record.
- Do you ship to my country?
- Delivery availability depends on destination, carrier services, sanctions and the specific object. Shipping is confirmed at checkout. If it is not currently possible, you can submit a shipping enquiry.
- Will I pay customs on my order?
- Orders inside the EU generally do not incur customs. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import VAT, duties and handling fees payable on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.
- Can I return an object?
- Yes, within the cancellation period required by Finnish and EU consumer law. Please write to us before returning any object so we can confirm the address and shipping method.
