Customs & import charges

Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, postal handling charges or other costs imposed by the destination country. Unless Nostvin explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or delivery price.

What we declare

We prepare customs paperwork honestly and use the real transaction value. Commercial purchases are declared as commercial purchases; we do not label them as gifts and we do not reduce the declared value.

Information we may collect

• Full legal name, address, telephone and email
• Destination country
• Product description, category, materials and country of origin where known
• Value, currency, weight and packed weight
• HS or commodity code
• Whether the object is vintage, antique or a reproduction
• Export-permit or CITES status where applicable

Customers outside the EU are asked to acknowledge the customs notice above before payment is accepted.
