As a Finland-based online store selling to consumers, we honour the cancellation and return rights required under Finnish and EU consumer law. Full terms are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

How to request a return

Contact us within the applicable cancellation window with your order number. We will confirm the return address and the recommended shipping method for the object.

Condition on return

Objects must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, in protective packaging. Diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.

International returns and customs

For returns from outside the EU, any import charges paid at delivery are typically refunded by the customs authority in the destination country rather than by Nostvin.
