If a parcel arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as possible so we can help.

  • The shipping label
  • Interior packaging
  • The damaged object
  • All parcel contents together

Send the photographs to us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and confirm the next step — repair, refund or replacement where possible.
